Pop Candy Bagel

Method

This is so ridiculously simple but so tasty!

You simply cut your bagel in half (so you have x2 donut shapes)

Toast in the toaster for 3-4 minutes (because we don’t use sugar in our bread they had take a little longer than normal bread to look golden and toasted)

Generously spread cream cheese over your bagel

Sprinkle with you favourite GF “popping candy” (we used Popping Topping® we found in the cake section at our local Woolworths, they taste like watermelon!)

Serve immediately

Note- you could also add your favourite 100’s and 1000’s too.
