Ingredients
- Healthy Loaf Vienna (White loaf shown but Multiseed would also work)
- 6-8 ripe bananas
- Chocolate buttons
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180o
- Line a baking tray
- With a sharp bread knife carefully slice, only three quarters of the way through your Healthy Loaf Vienna, lengthwise then crosswise to form a grid pattern
- In a medium bowl mash bananas using a fork
- Generously spread the mashed banana to fill the grid you have created
- Evenly sprinkle the chocolate buttons into the grid
- Place in the oven until warmed through and the chocolate is melted, approx. 10-15mins
- Serve immediately
A little extra decadence? Top with whole or sliced strawberries and extra sliced banana!
