Vegetarian Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 x Healthy loaf pizza base
  • Tomato Paste, 2 Tablespoons
  • Pumpkin
  • Capsicum
  • Sundried Tomatoes
  • Olives
  • Bocconcini cheese

Method

  1. Pre Heat oven 180
  2. Slice Pumpkin and Capsicum thinly and place in oven until lightly roasted (10-15 minutes)
  3. Slice Bocconcini cheese
  4. Place pizza base on oven tray evenly spread the tomato paste on pizza base
  5. Place all toppings on pizza base evenly
  6. Place in oven until cheese is melted (10-15 minutes)
