Ingredients
- 1 x Healthy loaf pizza base
- Tomato Paste, 2 Tablespoons
- Pumpkin
- Capsicum
- Sundried Tomatoes
- Olives
- Bocconcini cheese
Method
- Pre Heat oven 180
- Slice Pumpkin and Capsicum thinly and place in oven until lightly roasted (10-15 minutes)
- Slice Bocconcini cheese
- Place pizza base on oven tray evenly spread the tomato paste on pizza base
- Place all toppings on pizza base evenly
- Place in oven until cheese is melted (10-15 minutes)
