Method

There are so many more simple combinations to make sliders but here’s three of our favourites.

Pulled pork and red slaw

  1. This is a very yummy gluten free pulled pork recipe that is made in the slow cooker but naturally it takes a long time!
  2. To make our red slaw we recommend using a mandolin slicer if you have one, finely shred a quarter of a red cabbage, x2 sticks of celery and grate x 2 medium sized carrots, x1 apple. Mix everything together in a bowl with x2 table spoons of your favourite mayonnaise and season to taste.
  3. Slice the slider roll/s in half carefully with a sharp bread knife
  4. Layer the prepared ingredients to create burgers

 

Cheeseburger with tomato

  1. If you have a fresh mince burger patty you love to buy, you can simply cut them in half and reshape to make them slider size before cooking. If not this is a nice beef burger pattie recipe you could try.
  2. Slice fresh tomato and tasty cheese
  3. Slice the slider roll/s in half carefully with a sharp bread knife
  4. Layer the prepared ingredients to create burgers

Chicken, lettuce and dill pickle

  1. Pan grill small portions of chicken breast, cut to size
  2. Wash and thinly shred your favourite type of lettuce (we used iceberg)
  3. Thinly slice dill pickle
  4. You could add your favourite aioli or mayonnaise, if desired
  5. Slice the slider roll/s in half carefully with a sharp bread knife
  6. Layer the prepared ingredients to create burgers
