Ingredients
- x2 Healthy Loaf Hamburger Roll
- Mince 250g
- Small onion
- Half a capsicum
- Pitted olives
- Sliced peperoni
- Tomato Paste, tablespoon
- Mozzarella
Method
Serves: 2
- Preheat your oven to 180o
- Line a baking tray
- Slice Healthy Loaf Hamburger roll in half
- Dice onion and brown in a fry pan
- Add the mince to the fry pan and brown
- Add the tomato paste to fry pan with a table spoon of water
- Dice capsicum and slice olives, add these to the fry pan
- Stir to incorporate
- Cut peperoni in half and add to the fry pan last
- Spoon the mixture evenly between the four halves of the rolls
- Sprinkle generously with grated cheese
- Put in the oven and bake until cheese is melted approx. 10mins
Add a little freshness with chopped chives to garnish.
