Pizza Bread Rolls


  • x2 Healthy Loaf Hamburger Roll
  • Mince 250g
  • Small onion
  • Half a capsicum
  • Pitted olives
  • Sliced peperoni
  • Tomato Paste, tablespoon
  • Mozzarella


Serves: 2

  1. Preheat your oven to 180o
  2. Line a baking tray
  3. Slice Healthy Loaf Hamburger roll in half
  4. Dice onion and brown in a fry pan
  5. Add the mince to the fry pan and brown
  6. Add the tomato paste to fry pan with a table spoon of water
  7. Dice capsicum and slice olives, add these to the fry pan
  8. Stir to incorporate
  9. Cut peperoni in half and add to the fry pan last
  10. Spoon the mixture evenly between the four halves of the rolls
  11. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese
  12. Put in the oven and bake until cheese is melted approx. 10mins

Add a little freshness with chopped chives to garnish.
