Ingredients
- Healthy Loaf Gluten Free Croissants
- Fresh strawberries or other berries of your choice
- Good quality chocolate sauce or melted dark chocolate
- Your favourite ice cream to serve
Method
Preheat your oven or grill to approximately 160°
Carefully split the croissants open lengthwise with a sharp knife, being mindful not to cut all the way through
Open the croissants and toast in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes, depending how crispy you like them
While you wait wash, remove tops of strawberries and cut into halves or quarters
Once your croissants are toasted you can spread some chocolate inside the croissant then place the strawberries in neatly
Drizzle remaining chocolate over the top of the croissants
Serve with a scoop of ice cream and more fresh berries is desired
