Using Healthy Loaf gluten free Baguettes in white or multiseed (pictured) split your rolls down the centre from the top and warm through in a low oven, 150° for approx. 5 minutes.

On a clean hot BBQ cook your chosen kranskies or sausages until cooked through and the skin is crispy.

Put your favourite sauce on the bottom of the roll, and spoon your favourite kraut on one side of the roll. Place your kransky or sausage in the baguette and tuck some fresh greens (baby spinach or rocket as pictured are perfect).
