Ingredients
- 1x Healthy loaf Vienna Loaf
- Spinach
- Diced Red Capsicum
- Diced Brown onion
- Diced Tomato
- Sliced Mushrooms
- Shredded Cheese
Method
- Pre heat oven 180
- With a sharp bread knife carefully slice, only three quarters of the way through your Healthy Loaf Vienna, lengthwise then crosswise to form a grid pattern
- Place on a lined baking tray and set aside
- In a hot frypan lightly sauté Mushrooms, Onion, Capsicum and Tomato until cooked. At the last moment add spinach and wilt slightly.
- Evenly spread half your shredded cheese into your sliced Vienna loaf
- Evenly spread your vegetable mixture through your sliced Vienna loaf
- Evenly spread the last of your shredded cheese through and over your sliced Vienna loaf
- Place in oven until bread is lightly toasted and cheese is melted
